At Dried Flowers & Decor, we want you to love your natural arrangements; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to their delicate nature, all returned botanical items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the dried florals or decor items in their original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our floral specialists inspect the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
